Regions Financial Corporation in Cordova, Tennessee, is seeking a Technology Field Services Technician to support all associates through installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, networks, and telecommunications.

The role emphasizes hardware/software troubleshooting, imaging/deploy, and on-site support with travel as needed. Candidates should have strong IT fundamentals and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six years of experience with computers, printers, peripherals, network hardware, software, firmware, and OS.
• Ability to image/deploy, repair, or support apps in Mac environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Installs hardware, software, printers, scanners, and end-user peripherals.
• Diagnoses and remediates hardware and software issues.
• Coordinates warranty repairs with manufacturers.
• Supports core network infrastructure (switches, routers, cabling).
• Documents tickets in IT systems.
• Assists with facility renovations and associate moves.
• Manages equipment procurement and inventory lifecycle.
• Provides user training and technical assistance.
