Job summary
Atos is seeking a Field Technician to deliver on-site technical support across customer locations. You will install, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
The role requires travel to client sites, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work across office, data-center environments, and remote locations within a fast-paced team.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support, field services, or technical support.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, device management tools, and ticketing systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for network, server and peripheral equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
- Perform equipment installation, configuration, upgrades, and replacements.
- Travel to customer sites to perform break-fix services and technology refresh initiatives.
- Provide hands-and-eyes support for infrastructure, server, and network teams when required.
