Job summary

Regions Bank seeks a Technology Field Services Technician to configure, install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain computer systems, printers, networks and telecom gear for Regions associates. The role is onsite at Memphis Goodlett Farms, with responsibility for end-to-end hardware, software, and network support.

You will diagnose issues, coordinate repairs, document tickets, assist with network infrastructure, and mentor junior technicians while ensuring risk and cybersecurity practices are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six years experience with computers, printers, network hardware, software and operating systems.
• Ability to image/deploy and repair apps in the Mac environment.
• Lift/move items up to 50 pounds; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install and support computer hardware, software, printers, scanners and peripherals.
• Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues in the computing environment.
• Coordinate warranty repairs with manufacturers to resolve issues.
• Support core network infrastructure including switches, routers, cabling.
• Log and update tickets in IT ticketing systems; track asset inventory.
• Assist in projects for facilities, renovations and moves.
• Provide training and technical assistance to users.
• Travel as needed; ensure compliance with risk and cybersecurity practices.
