Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with a growing environmental services company to hire a Technical Services Representative for their Pomona, CA office. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate waste disposal, prepare quotes, and support sales with proposals and materials.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented, fast-paced operations with strong communication across teams. This onsite position requires 3+ years of related experience and proficiency with MS Office, CRM/ERP systems, and pricing data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in customer service, administrative support, operations, logistics, or inside sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly responsive and customer-focused.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheets.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other business systems.
• Ability to manage and interpret operational and pricing data.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, coordinating service needs and responding to inquiries.
• Coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal, transportation, and environmental services.
• Prepare quotes and provide inside sales and technical support as needed.
• Support sales representatives with proposals, presentations, and customer materials.
• Coordinate transportation logistics and service scheduling.
• Communicate updates between customers, field teams, operations, transportation, and internal departments.
• Enter and manage work orders, customer information, pricing, and job details within internal systems.
• Review service documentation, manifests, bills of lading, work orders, and supporting records for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies prior to billing and invoicing.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and operational data.
• Assist with customer reporting, annual summaries, and revenue reporting.
• Maintain organized documentation to support billing, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed.
