Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and coordinate service needs.
• Coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal and environmental services.
• Prepare quotes and provide inside sales and technical support as needed.
• Support sales reps with proposals, presentations, and customer materials.
• Enter and manage work orders, customer data, pricing, and job details in internal systems.
• Review documents for billing and invoicing accuracy.
• Support AP/AR activities and maintain data integrity.
• Maintain organized documentation for billing, reporting and audits.
