Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC seeks an Environmental Services Coordinator to provide onsite waste management services for customers, coordinating shipments and completing necessary documentation. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience and maintaining safety at all times.

You will perform lab packing tasks, facility inspections, and waste evaluation, while identifying waste minimization opportunities and brokering arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in hazardous waste management.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating shipments and documenting pick-ups.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite waste management services and coordinate shipments.
• Complete documentation for pickups and ensure safety compliance.
• Attend customer meetings and prepare monthly activity reports.
• Support business development and deliver proposals when needed.
• Oversee project management tasks: contractors, permits, compliance.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide technical assistance as needed.
• Assist with project billing and cost tracking.
