Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC seeks a Technical Services Representative to coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal, scheduling, and related logistics. You will act as the main client contact, support Inside Sales, and assist with billing and administrative duties for the Pomona location.

The role requires data accuracy, strong communication skills, and experience with ERP and Waste LINQ systems. Office-based position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly responsive and detail-oriented with high data accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and Waste LINQ.
• Ability to manage and interpret operational and pricing data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Independent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and effectively utilize resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and service coordination.
• Manage disposal, transportation, and environmental field services needs.
• Provide inside sales and technical support for waste disposal services.
• Prepare quotes for transportation and disposal services.
• Manage logistics for hazardous and non-hazardous waste shipments.
• Coordinate service scheduling between field teams, operations, and clients.
• Maintain ERP and EOS systems data for accurate billing and reporting.
• Reconcile completed job packets with manifests and invoices before invoicing.
