Addison Group is partnering with a growing environmental services company in Pomona, CA to hire a Technical Services Representative. This fully onsite role combines customer interaction, data management, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include coordinating waste activities, preparing quotes, and supporting billing and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheets; CRM/ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers and coordinate service needs.
• Coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal, transportation, and environmental services.
• Prepare quotes and provide inside sales and technical support.
• Support sales with proposals, presentations, and customer materials.
• Coordinate transportation logistics and service scheduling.
• Communicate updates between customers, field teams, operations, transportation, and internal departments.
• Enter and manage work orders, customer information, pricing, and job details within internal systems.
• Review service documentation, manifests, bills of lading, work orders, and supporting records for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies prior to billing and invoicing.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and operational data.
• Assist with customer reporting, annual summaries, and revenue reporting.
• Maintain organized documentation to support billing, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed.
