Rose International seeks a Senior Technical Event & Customer Briefing Manager to lead executive customer briefings, technology demonstrations, and engagement events. You will collaborate with account teams to tailor content, manage pre-briefing research, and ensure flawless onsite delivery.

You will oversee technical environments for events, including AI workstations and demonstrations, providing primary onsite support and post‑briefing follow‑ups to accelerate the sales pipeline.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years in technical operations, IT support, lab management or related technical role.
• 1–2+ years in a customer-facing consulting, briefing, or engagement role.
• Experience supporting customer-facing briefings, executive engagements, or demonstration environments.
• Ability to develop tailored briefing agendas and facilitate consultative customer conversations.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and presentation technologies.

• Partner with account teams to understand customer challenges, objectives, and outcomes.
• Develop tailored briefing agendas aligning Dell solutions, demos, and thought leadership to priorities.
• Conduct pre-briefing discovery and research to shape content and demonstrations.

• Deliver post-briefing summaries, action items, and follow-up recommendations.
• Build consultative relationships with account teams to drive repeat engagement.
• Own and maintain technical environments for events, including AI platforms and demos.
