Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Event Support Analyst for an onsite, 06+ months contract with potential for long-term opportunities.

The role covers technical environments, briefings, labs, and global event support across Santa Clara, Hopkinton, and Round Rock locations. You will collaborate with account teams, conduct pre-briefing research, and manage demonstrations, ensuring smooth on-site operations and high-quality executive engagements.

Competenze

2–4 years in technical operations, IT support, lab management, or related role.
1–2 years in a customer-facing consulting, briefing, or engagement role.
Experience supporting customer-facing briefings and executive engagements.
Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and presentation tech.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
Experience with NVIDIA GPU technologies and AI platforms.

Mansioni

Partner with account teams to understand customer challenges and tailor briefing agendas.
Conduct pre-briefing research to shape content and demonstrations.
Facilitate customer briefing sessions and deliver post-briefing summaries.
Own and maintain all technical environments, including NVIDIA GB10 platforms and AI workstations.
Lead technology setup, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting for briefings and labs.
Serve as primary onsite technical support during customer engagements.
Manage hardware inventories and activities across the global event calendar.
