Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Event Management, to support worldwide Sales by developing customized briefing agendas for customer, prospect, and partner briefings across business units.

The role requires strong technical operations experience, consultation and facilitation skills, and the ability to manage complex event logistics onsite in Santa Clara, CA and other US locations.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in technical operations, IT support, lab management, or a related technical role.
• 1-2+ years in a customer-facing consulting, briefing, or engagement role.
• Experience supporting customer-facing briefings, executive engagements, or demonstration environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and presentation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage trade shows, vendor activities, and briefs.
• Own event logistics end-to-end, including venue selection, transportation, signage, and F&B.
• Maintain and deploy technical environments for Dell Technologies Days and AI demonstrations.
• Support global event operations and customer-facing activities.
