Job summary

Anthropic seeks a Program Manager, Executive Briefings to lead the briefing program at a key location, coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

You will own end-to-end briefing delivery, from intake and agenda design to speaker selection and day-of execution, while aligning with regional strategies and global standards.

Qualifications

• Experience running executive briefings or similar programs for senior external audiences.
• Program management skills including intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and managing multiple concurrent programs against SLAs.
• Experience designing agendas and facilitating discussions with C-level or senior customer audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the Executive Briefing program at your location, calendar, intake, and SLAs against global criteria.
• Decide which strategic accounts receive a briefing each quarter with regional nuance.
• Lead discovery with account teams to understand objectives and tailor agendas.
• Design agendas with Sales, including narrative arc, topics, speakers, and demos.
• Build and manage the speaker bench for your location and run prep.
• Oversee day-of orchestration and customer experience at your center.
• Contribute to playbooks, tooling, and best practices for scaling across centers.
• Share intake and triage across time zones for timely decisions.
• Maintain one source of truth for criteria, lead times, and processes.
• Own measurement and reporting for your center and global briefing pipeline.
• Onboard and coach briefing team members and contractors across locations.
