Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Event Support Analyst for an onsite, 06+ months contract with potential for long-term opportunities.

The role covers technical environments, briefings, labs, and global event support across Santa Clara, Hopkinton, and Round Rock locations. You will collaborate with account teams, conduct pre-briefing research, and manage demonstrations, ensuring smooth on-site operations and high-quality executive engagements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in technical operations, IT support, lab management, or related role.
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing consulting, briefing, or engagement role.
• Experience supporting customer-facing briefings and executive engagements.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and presentation tech.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPU technologies and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to understand customer challenges and tailor briefing agendas.
• Conduct pre-briefing research to shape content and demonstrations.
• Facilitate customer briefing sessions and deliver post-briefing summaries.
• Own and maintain all technical environments, including NVIDIA GB10 platforms and AI workstations.
• Lead technology setup, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting for briefings and labs.
• Serve as primary onsite technical support during customer engagements.
• Manage hardware inventories and activities across the global event calendar.

Immediate need for a talented Event Support Analyst. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Santa Clara, CA, Hopkinton, MA, or Round Rock, TX (Onsite).

Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with account teams to understand customer challenges and develop tailored briefing agendas.
• Conduct pre-briefing research to shape content and identify relevant demonstrations.
• Facilitate customer briefing sessions, managing discussions and delivering post-briefing summaries.
• Own and maintain all technical environments, including NVIDIA GB10 platforms and AI workstations.
• Lead technology setup, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting for briefings and labs.
• Serve as primary onsite technical support during customer engagements.
• Manage hardware inventories and customer-facing activities across the global event calendar.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 2–4 years in technical operations, IT support, lab management, or a related technical role.
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing consulting, briefing, or engagement role.
• Experience supporting customer-facing briefings and executive engagements.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and presentation technologies.

• Background supporting Executive Briefing Centers or executive-level engagements.
• Familiarity with audiovisual technologies and briefing room environments.
