The role requires expertise in technical account management and a strong passion for customer advocacy. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of relevant experience, and a demonstrated ability to support complex systems in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical account management or customer-facing role.
