Job summary

Axon Enterprise seeks a Dedrone Professional Service Manager to own post‑sales deployments and customer onboarding for Dedrone’s airspace security solutions. You will coordinate with Axon Air Professional Services and Sales to deliver a white‑glove experience, including training, policy creation, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer-facing roles.
• Experience deploying hardware/software in complex environments.
• Familiar with drone systems, airspace management, RF sensing, and UAS/DFR programs.
• FAA Part 107 certification preferred or obtained within first months.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments post-sale, acting as primary contact.
• Deliver role-based training to drone teams, public safety operators, and IT teams.
• Guide customers in creating operational policies and workflows that integrate Dedrone systems with Axon ecosystem.
• Coordinate and manage third‑party training and integration vendors.
• Conduct site assessments to inform hardware placement and design.
• Build, iterate, and maintain deployment documentation and SOP templates.
• Provide post‑deployment monitoring and escalation, aligning stakeholders on success metrics.
• Capture and relay customer feature requests to Product and Engineering teams.
• Attend strategic customer meetings with Sales for deployment context.
• Lead or assist in POCs, including setup, training, and validation of success criteria.
• Support RFP/RFI responses with technical and services detail.
• Draft or validate Statements of Work based on deployment complexity.
