Afni, Inc. on-site at our Tucson facility is seeking a Tech Support Representative to provide outstanding customer service for telecommunications products. You will resolve inquiries, process orders, and update records while leveraging product knowledge to upsell where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have GED or High School Diploma.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

• Process orders and update accounts and records; multitask and pay close attention to detail.
