Job summary

Aston Carter is hiring multiple recruiters for a large nationwide tech company. The role is 100% onsite in hubs including Herndon, VA and Seattle, WA, with a 8-5 schedule.

You will recruit for infrastructure and engineering roles supporting cloud platforms across the United States, managing high-volume requisitions, intake to offer, and close collaboration with hiring teams and candidates. A structured ramp-up over ~45 days develops sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a goal-driven recruiting environment with metrics
• Proven high-volume recruiting or sourcing experience (1–2+ yrs)
• Recruiting in the tech sector for technical roles
• Experience using ATS to manage candidate pipelines
• Strong communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to collaborate with internal customers including managers
• Experience with Boolean search techniques
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Adapt during ramp-up and take on more responsibility
• Excellent organizational skills for multiple requisitions

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates across the United States for infrastructure and engineering roles
• Partner with hiring managers and lead recruiters to discuss role requirements and recruiting strategies
• Develop sourcing plans from hiring goals using multiple channels
• Manage high-volume sourcing activities and candidate screening
• Engage candidates via email, virtual channels and phone
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and profiles
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with candidates and managers for updates and feedback
• Use ATS and recruiting tools to track candidates and pipelines
• Participate in a 45-day ramp-up and training program
• Share learnings and best practices with the team
• Meet or exceed sourcing and hiring metrics
