Aston Carter is seeking an experienced Recruiter II to support Automation & Engineering and Real Estate & Facilities hiring. The role focuses on sourcing for a mix of exempt and non-exempt positions, including Area Maintenance Managers, Technicians, and specialized trades.

This is a high-volume, deadline-driven recruitment need with a strong emphasis on proactive talent pipelining. The position is 100% onsite with preferred locations in Arlington, VA or Seattle, WA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing experience.
• Strong sourcing, including Boolean techniques.
• Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Proven ability to engage candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience sourcing in rural or geographically challenging locations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Interest in long-term opportunities with potential for permanent conversion.
