Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiter II (Technical Sourcer) to lead technical talent recruitment onsite in Seattle. The role emphasizes sourcing software engineers and other technical professionals, executing full-cycle recruiting, and guiding peers as needed in a fast-paced corporate tech environment.

The position requires autonomy, creativity, and strong judgment, with opportunity to influence hiring strategy and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in technical sourcing and/or technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for software development engineers (SDEs) and other technical roles.
• Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods.
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ability to plan and accomplish recruiting goals with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source technical talent, focusing on software development engineers and related roles.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, references, and offers.
• Use advanced Boolean search techniques and other sourcing strategies to engage high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to define role requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Check references and verify information to support hiring decisions.
• Prepare and extend job offers and coordinate onboarding activities.
