Aston Carter is hiring multiple Recruiters for a large tech company in Seattle, WA. This 100% onsite role focuses on building high-impact go-to-market teams that propel cloud adoption and customer success.

You will source, manage candidates, and partner with HR and business leaders to deliver strong hiring outcomes in a complex, global recruiting environment. Expect hands-on sourcing and high-touch candidate engagement.

Qualifications

Recent hands-on sourcing experience within the last 12 months.
Proven experience sourcing for non-technical go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, partner, business development).
Able to manage multiple searches against SLAs and timelines.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and GTM roles in tech.
Hands-on use of ATS platforms (HIRE ATS or similar).
Ability to pivot from technical to non-technical GTM recruiting as needed.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a requisition load of 12–15 GTM roles across marketing, partner, specialist, sales, and business development.
Spend ~60% on proactive and passive sourcing using multiple channels.
Build and nurture robust pipelines for complex, multi-team requisitions.
Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies to expand reach and candidate pools.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements and messaging.
