Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in high-volume sourcing.
• Experience in high-volume administrative roles supporting offers and status changes.
• Knowledge of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and guidelines in recruiting tasks.
• Strong attention to candidate data, offers, and employee status changes.
• Experience with recruitment and sourcing activities, including outreach.
• Exposure to full-cycle recruitment support in talent acquisition.
• Ability to work under supervision and report to a manager.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and build talent pipelines for high-volume needs.
• Reach out to candidates and keep them engaged throughout process.
• Conduct interviews and assess qualifications per guidelines.
• Check references as part of pre-employment screening.
• Extend offers and communicate details and next steps.
• Support new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Conduct exit interviews and document feedback.
• Process employee status changes with accuracy.
• Follow established recruiting processes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with supervisors, hiring managers, university recruiting teams.
• Maintain detailed records and data entry for requisitions.
