Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiter II for a fast-paced, onsite role in Seattle, WA (with Bellevue and Arlington contingency) focused on high-volume full life cycle recruiting, requisition management for multiple sites, and data-driven business updates.

You will close offers, leverage AI tools to screen and report metrics, and partner with stakeholders to meet staffing needs while driving process improvements in a corporate office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in full life cycle recruiting with success closing candidates in high-volume settings.
• Strong project management skills within talent acquisition or recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting processes for a high-volume of requisitions.
• Handle requisition management for 40–50 sites with timely progress.
• Report recruiting metrics and business performance with data-driven updates.
• Use data to track pipeline health and trends to improve hiring outcomes.
• Coordinate and execute project management activities within talent acquisition.
• Prepare written business updates and status reports.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance recruiting processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align staffing with business priorities.
• Manage multiple priorities and maintain candidate and stakeholder experience.
