Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone seeks a hands-on Team Lead to drive daily Operations onsite. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leaders are away.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles with supervisory experience.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Strong on-floor leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor operations as MOD when managers are not present.
• Coach, support, and delegate to team members across all areas.
• Rotate across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction throughout shifts.
