Job summary

CircusTrix Sky Zone in Missouri is seeking a Team Lead for our on-site Operations team. This hands-on role rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when senior leaders aren’t on-site.

You will lead from the floor, coach your team, and deliver WOW guest service while maintaining safety and operational flow. The role requires 2+ years in operations and availability for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in retail, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and office software; quick to learn new platforms.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on, team-first leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Operations: act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, coach and delegate to Team Members across departments.
• Guest Experience & Sales: drive memberships and program sales with service excellence.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce safety policies and complete incident reports; maintain cleanliness and readiness.
• Rotational Leadership Development: lead front desk performance and drive guest satisfaction.
• Parties & Events: oversee birthday parties and group events, managing scheduling and upsell opportunities.
• F&B & Facilities: manage cafe inventory, health/safety standards, and equipment maintenance.
• Part-time Flex Lead: cover weekends and breaks where available.
