Job summary

Sky Zone, part of CircusTrix, seeks a Team Lead to drive daily operations and guest experiences in an on-site environment. This hands-on role rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, building leadership and operational skills.

You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t present, coach staff, and ensure safety, service excellence, and smooth shift execution across all areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Able to learn new tech quickly.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM aren’t on-site, ensuring safety and operations.
• Lead, coach, and delegate to team members across departments.
• Fill in across programs, cafe, front desk, events to maintain guest flow.
• Communicate guest issues and safety concerns to management.
• Oversee parties, events, and guest experiences from booking to completion.
