Job summary

Sky Zone, a CircusTrix brand, in Deerfield, IL, seeks a Team Lead to run shifts across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. This hands-on, on-floor leader will assume Manager on Duty duties when senior leaders are away, ensuring guest experiences are top-notch and operations run smoothly.

You’ll coach teammates, drive guest engagement, and uphold safety and WOW service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & Beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Operations – Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, coaching and delegating to Team Members across departments.
• Guest Experience & Sales – Drive membership and program sales; promote park offerings and deliver service excellence.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce safety policies; ensure opening/closing procedures and cleanliness.
• Rotational Leadership Development – Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to develop leadership.
