Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for our Operations department. This role is on-site and involves leading from the floor, coaching staff, and stepping in as Manager on Duty to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth shift execution.

You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, driving service excellence and adherence to safety standards in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.
• Provide proactive, on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
• Step into any operational area as needed to maintain seamless guest experiences and operational flow.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
