Job summary

Sky Zone in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to drive daily park operations, guest experience, and sales. You’ll rotate across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty as needed.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, a collaborative mindset, and comfort with POS systems and Office tools. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to maintain seamless guest experiences and operational flow.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Oversee birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings, managing scheduling, staffing, and upsell opportunities.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cafe items; oversee maintenance of equipment and park cleanliness.
