Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking driven individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem while helping grow the local client base.

The role emphasizes onsite work, customer-centric service, and collaboration with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end support throughout the tax cycle.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Must maintain active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week; hours may scale during tax season.
• Willing to complete all required training and development; Uniforms provided; may be featured in company advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador, driving growth and building a client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Develop long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients both in-person and via Intuit video tools, assisting with tax planning and problem-solving.
