Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will partner with a cross-functional team to meet clients’ tax needs and grow the local business.

You will engage with the community, build relationships, and promote Intuit solutions while delivering personalized service in-person and via virtual tools. A strong tax background and client-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on tax preparation and advisory experience.
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts in plain language.
• Willingness to engage with local community for client growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals to drive growth.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for integrated client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer experiences across TurboTax locations.
