Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service return preparation for in-person and virtual clients at a TurboTax location, working closely with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will also grow the local client base, nurture relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while leveraging Intuit resources and marketing

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name for advertising.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus for communication.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and convert prospects into loyal clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professional, clear communication and tools.
