Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for onsite TurboTax Local Service Expert roles. You will provide full-service tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. Onsite presence is required at TurboTax locations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Work on-site at TurboTax location.
