Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles in TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and collaborate with tax specialists to address complex scenarios.

You will be a community ambassador, grow your local client base, and help clients navigate Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping and financial planning services, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador and growth driver to build a local client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, addressing client inquiries and tax-related challenges.
