Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax services, build local relationships, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for year‑round support.

Responsibilities include growing the local client base, delivering expert tax advice, and collaborating with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes as per law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services when appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
