Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and work with a broader team to serve clients end-to-end.

You will also grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events, connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services. The role emphasizes trust, customer care, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation for 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Active PTIN and license to file taxes.
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week, 8am-5pm.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Serve as a local community ambassador and grow the client base.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and maintain high client satisfaction.
