Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver end-to-end tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work onsite with a team of financial pros, handling personal and business taxes and connecting clients with Intuit’s broader services.

You will grow local client relationships, conduct community outreach, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via virtual channels.
