Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation at an on-site TurboTax location. You will deliver expert tax advice, run discovery sessions, and ensure accurate solutions while guiding clients through complex personal and business tax scenarios.

You will grow the local client base, represent TurboTax in the community, and coordinate with a broader Intuit team to offer seamless year-round support across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, with training and uniforms provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and referrals.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships through trust, empathy, and expert guidance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional communication and tax solution expertise.
