Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location.

You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless tax experience. You’ll grow the local client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships while ensuring every client leaves with a clear path to financial prosperity using Intuit

Competenze

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and engage with outreach events.
• Develop understanding of clients' full financial picture and connect them to Intuit solutions across services.
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients and deliver a best-in-class experience.
