Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team of specialists to address personal and business tax needs, ensuring a seamless end-to-end client experience.

You will drive local growth, attract new clients, and build relationships in the community while delivering personalized tax solutions and leveraging Intuit resources for ongoing year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season, using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence; content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Collaborate with business tax advisors, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning teams for end-to-end service.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional communication.
