Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building lasting relationships with clients and the local community.

You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience and drive local business growth, including outreach and educational events.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.Familiarity with Circular 230

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be the local face of TurboTax, growing the client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for year-round support.
