Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as part of the Intuit ecosystem. You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience with on-site support and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years tax return preparation experience (30+ 1040s per season).
• Must be onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri.
• Willing to complete compliance training and up-skilling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Grow local client base and community presence; build long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via digital tools.
