Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our team at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services on-site, collaborate with a network of specialists, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios. Grow the local client base, foster relationships, and represent the full Intuit ecosystem with marketing support and community outreach.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week; peak demand during tax season.
• Must complete all training and development as required by the business; uniforms and advertising using your name/picture may be required.
• Interested in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax content per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
