Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients, both in-person and virtually, while growing the local client base and partnering with experts across Intuit’s ecosystem. Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services.
• Build relationships and deliver best-in-class customer experience, both in-person and via Intuit video tools.
