Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation and advisory services.

You’ll be the connective tissue between clients and a broader team, delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences and building long-term relationships within the local community while leveraging marketing tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
