Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax prep, engage with clients in person and virtually, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end‑to‑end Intuit solutions. You will grow the local client base, build long‑term relationships, and leverage TurboTax marketing and software tools to foster prosperity in your community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and abide by company policies; uniform required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate sessions to maximize deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan future taxes.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base with marketing support.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
