Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services, while coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours, Mon–Fri.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building a local online presence and community outreach.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax scenarios including personal/business income and deductions.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for end-to-end support.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear communication.
