Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site in a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help customers navigate personal and business tax needs.

You’ll grow the local client base, create long-term relationships, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. This is an on-site role with community engagement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
