Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You’ll grow the local client base through community engagement, events, and referrals while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach and compliance with training and uniform

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
