Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations nationwide, offering hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance while building local client relationships.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services, connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources, and drive community engagement through local events and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with company training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Drive local growth by outreach, events, and community partnerships to grow the client base.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and empathy.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools; handle inquiries and optimize deductions.
