Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and coordinate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will also drive local growth, build trust with the community, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using in-person and video tools. Strong tax knowledge and client empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas via training.
• Onsite role with uniforms and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Build lasting client relationships.
• Deliver superior customer experience in person and via video tools.
